I think there was some question in class about what "CEP" (Brazilian equivalent of the zip code) stands for. Turns out it means "Código de Endereçamento Postal".
Now all I have to do is figure out what "Endereçamento" means.

Thanks for researching that. "Endereçamento" refers to the act of addressing something, so I guess CEP stands for Postal Addressing Code.

I thought CEP would stand for "Código Especial Postal", but I was wrong. Live and learn.
