Bill, all three were found in Lisbon. The first was at a seaside restaurant called Bica do Sapato. The second was Irish & Co. And I don't remember the name of the third, but it is probably the only Indian/Italian restaurant in the country, so you should be able to track it down. It's near Rossio Square in the Baixa.
