Somehow, I'm now hungry. You have any cocoanuts left?

Guy,
Just fly on over to Brazil. I'll set you up with a truckload.

Hi,
1. Refrigerating eggs will only have an effect down the road during the life of an egg. It is common to buy eggs in the store that are already rotten. Quality control here is still a major hurdle.
2. Leaving food out after a meal is simply ignorance. It doesn't matter where you are from, bacteria grows quickly. I can remember only a single case of food poisoning involving my person outside Brazil. That happened in a train station in Germany. I deserved that one. I have a case of food poisoning in Brazil every six months.
3. Salvador beaches are carp, and dangerous to boot. We stayed at a hotel on the beach there and the hotel staff was horrified when we said we wanted to swim. Natal is wonderful, João Pessao is wonderful, go there.
4. Those amazon beaches are pretty elusive.
5. Try Verde Mar for mushrooms. They have the white kind you are looking for.
6. Lombo canadense is Canadian (Back) Bacon.
7. The north East is in the same time zone. They don't change during daylight savings time.
8. China in Box = English in Trouble
9. Did you talk about food? Discuss stuff like why people ask questions like "Café ou café sem açuca?" Think about it.
10. Salgados - Brazilians eat salgados rather than sweets because only in the U.S. is dessert considered an important fifth food group.
11. I think BH has fallen in the population rating. IIRC Recife (at least) is more populous.
12. Eggs as Lactocinios? I guess you learn something new everyday.
13. Brazilian pan cakes, now that needs discussing.
14. Muqueca, mmmmm
15. The US has a lot more canned food. Brazil has canned food but must buy fresh produce.
16. Guys, Focus.

Hi Spanky,
Now that is feedback! We'll tackle all your points in our next feedback episode, which should be episode #9. I'm not sure we can ever be as focused as you want, but we'll try to get better.
