We're finally back. This is just a short mini-episode to get things started. The sound is very bad. Normally I'd just throw out the audio, but this is pretty short and is not something that could ever be recreated in a later episode. Future full-length episodes won't have stellar audio, but they'll definitely be better than this.

I love good cheddar cheese. The sharper the better. In Brazil I knew a guy from Minas Gerais who insisted that there was really good cheese in Brazil, but you could really only get it in Minas.

Minas Gerais is truly the Wisconsin of Brazil.

where can us listeners donate for you to buy more cheese and other things necessary for more podcasts?

Nathan, thank you for the offer. We're not currently accepting donations. The main problem is that I have to wait until I'm back in the US to get new equipment. If I bought it here, it would cost a fortune. We're already coming out with new episodes, though. :)

I would be willing to trade some good Wisconsin cheese for some of miltons pou de queju (sp)

I don't think Milton knows how to make pão de queijo. Also, pão de queijo is really only good when it's hot and fresh.

I grew up in Vermont. Our cheddar truly is stellar! Yum. I was proud to hear you sampling it.
