Necktie Vest

A few years back I took it into my head that a good hobby would be to learn to make my own clothes. I decided to start with vests, since they seemed to be the least challenging (not that I ever actually wear vests). Basically, they're like shirts without those pesky hard-to-measure sleeves. One of my mom's sewing magazines had an article about how you can use the fabric from old neckties to make a flashy vest. And it is true that the clothing industry does use all their best prints for neckties. Anyway, here it is.
