There's still no word from Bill on the solution to the screenshot he submitted. In the meantime, here are screenshots from three more DVDs. This is such a big challenge that if any one person can name all three movies before I post additional screenshots tomorrow, they will win a prize. (People on my Netflix Friends list are not eligible, since they already know what I've been renting.)

I actually don't know what DVD this is from. The screenshot was sent to me by Bill, who will presumably reveal the answer if no one can guess it. (I'm betting Will is going to nail it.) Since I get to guess this time around, I'll say that it looks like it might have come from one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies.

Congratulations to Will for correctly identifying yesterday's mystery DVD image. It looks as though I'm going to have to start posting more challenging images. Unfortunately, I fear this one (from an unrelated DVD) may actually be easier. We shall see.

Here's a moderately interesting idea for a fun activity. See if you can identify the DVD this screenshot belongs to. If no one has guessed correctly by tomorrow, I'll put up a second screenshot. It just doesn't get any more fun than that!

3 Things

A few items I consider newsworthy:

• Bakerina has finally done it! She's set up an online store at BakerinaKitchens.com. Finally it's possible to taste her creations and not just read about them. Go there and buy something to show your support. With any luck she'll soon be able to quite her day job. (But then where will she get her boxes?)
• Dr. Who will start airing on SciFi this Friday. This is the new series that the BBC released last year and has already completed its first season in the UK. I made a point to download all the episodes when they first aired, so I'm already a year into it. If you're a fan of the old series, you're sure to love this one as well. (The whole gay controversy thing just makes it better.)
• Tivo is ending their lifetime service option, possibly as early as tomorrow (March 15th). If you  buy the cheapest Tivo box for $49 (after rebate) and the lifetime service for $299, you're only paying $348 for everything with nothing more to pay ever again. That's not a bad deal at all. I ordered mine yesterday. (Now I just have to get cable.)

Throwing Away Old Toys is a Sin

I've been going on a cleaning spree over the past few days, rediscovering ancient artifacts from my past. You know what that means -- more toy pics! As I sort through my old stuff, I try to arrange it in categories. So far I've managed to locate most of my old bathtub toys and gather them together. You can see pictures of them here.
